Employee Spotlight: Project Management Team, Moss Point, Mississippi

Do any quick Google search for inspirational quotes and you’ll quickly discover a running theme among the results: Teamwork makes the dream work. As a company driven by the results of stellar teamwork, Tindall can certainly attest to the truth of that statement. So, while we love to celebrate and highlight the accomplishments and stories of individuals at Tindall, there’s one team of three in Mississippi that has done more than enough to earn the respect, recognition, and appreciation of the entire Tindall family. The project management team at Tindall’s Moss Point, Mississippi facility consists of Ed Baldinger, Andy Westfall, and Maria White — three project managers with over half a century of experience among them. These three hardworking individuals have proven time and again what it means to work as a team, playing off each other’s strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and mitigate risk. As the face of Tindall’s Mississippi Division for many general contractors, owners, and contractors, the project management team is invaluable to the success of Tindall’s most complex precast concrete projects. “We truly have a collaborative team,” says Ed Baldinger, who brings an impressive 38 years of experience to the team. “We bring many different points of view and experiences to the table, and that allows us to provide unique and out-of-the-box solutions. We have a great understanding of each other’s strengths, and that really allows us to work together to deliver the best job possible.” Maria White agreed with Baldinger, adding, “We each bring different expertise to the table, and that makes us a stronger team.” This team’s passion for customer service and their commitment to excellence is clear in every project they help create. They create long-lasting relationships and repeat customers, and they’re exemplary of Tindall’s dedication to getting the job done right the first time. Tindall is proud of how much they’ve accomplished, and we can’t wait to see how much they’ll grow in the future.
