Alpharetta, Georgia needed more parking to accommodate growing traffic to its downtown area, and Tindall delivered the perfect fit — a four-story, 110,000-square-foot structure designed to seamlessly blend with the local architecture.
Tindall developed this 6.5-level, 280,000-square-foot parking structure in tandem with the 23-story office building it was meant to serve. This project required innovative solutions, including a 56-foot opening at the loading dock.
When LSU needed a five-story parking deck, Tindall was brought in early in the design-build process to convert the cast-in-place design to precast. The result was a cost-effective structure that blended perfectly with its surroundings
For this 1,200-space, 425,000-square-foot parking deck, Tindall utilized architectural concrete to mimic the limestone elements of adjacent buildings.
This nine-story, 454,000-square-foot parking deck featured two belowground decks and nearly 1,500 spaces. Tindall had several unique challenges to solve with this project, all conquered through creative precast solutions.
The 237,000-square-foot Byrd Street Parking Deck features five levels and 893 parking spots. It required 678 precast pieces to erect, but was completed in just 12 short weeks.
