Cheryl started at Tindall Corporation in 1990 as the Controller before being promoted to Vice President & CFO. Later, she was appointed to Senior Vice President of Administration and, eventually, President of the Corporation in January 2023. In July 2024 Lang was appointed CEO. As President & CEO, Cheryl oversees the day-to-day operations of the business.

Cheryl received a bachelor’s in accounting from East Tennessee State University and an MBA from Clemson University. Cheryl was inducted into the ETSU College of Business and Technology Alumni Hall of Fame in 2007 for her outstanding contributions to their communities, professions, and the College.

Cheryl is actively involved in several professional and community organizations, and has served on numerous Boards and committees. In 2008, Cheryl received the South Carolina Association of CPAs’ (SCACPA) Outstanding CPA in Business and Industry Award and later served as their Board of Directors and Governmental Affairs Committee. She chaired the Board in 2017. She has served on various community Boards including the Memorial Auditorium, Women’s Giving and Hope Center for Children Boards in Spartanburg, SC. She currently serves on the PCI’s Board of Directors, Business Performance Council, and Investment Committee.

Rob joined the Tindall team in 2004 as an industrial engineer after earning his bachelor’s in industrial & systems engineering from Virginia Tech. Since that time, he has held positions of Production Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager and earned an M.B.A. from Clemson University before being named Vice President and General Manager of the Georgia Division.

In his current role as Senior Vice President of Operations of the Building Systems Group, Rob oversees the total profit and loss responsibility for the entire business unit, strategic business planning and implementation, development of business vision and culture, and the leadership development of all employees.

Rob has served on the PCI National board of directors and currently serves on the Georgia/Carolinas Regional PCI board.

Joel joined the Tindall team in 2002, serving as a project manager for prestressed concrete applications at Tindall’s Spartanburg, South Carolina facility. After serving as Senior Project Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Operations Manager, he was appointed as General Manager of the Utility Division in 2008.

In his current role as Senior Vice President of Operations of the Infrastructure Group, Joel leads a diverse team. From the new flagship plant, the Infrastructure Group delivers innovative precast concrete solutions for industries including heavy civil, petrochemical, power and energy, and utility products.

Joel holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Clemson University. He serves as the Chair-Elect of the National Precast Concrete Association and is highly involved in the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. He also serves on the board of the Employers Network of South Carolina.
