Greg Force joined Tindall Corporation in 1988. He was named CEO in 2018 after serving as President and COO for 14 years. Greg is a civil engineering graduate of Lehigh University and obtained his MBA from Georgia College & State University. He is a registered professional engineer in ten states and has held positions in engineering, sales, and project management. Before becoming a corporate member, Greg was the Vice President and General Manager of the Virginia Division. Greg has been actively involved in the Precast, Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) for over three decades, serving as Chairman of the Board in 2012, Chairman of Design Handbook Committee for the 7th Edition, Chairman of the Parking Structures Committee, and a member of the Technical Activities Council. Greg remains active on several technical committees, and he is presently the Chairman of Research and Development Council, as well as a member of the PCI Foundation Board of Trustees. He is a Fellow of PCI and ASCE and was named a Titan of the Industry by PCI in 2014. Greg was the recipient of the Mario J. Bertolini Leadership & Innovation Award in 2018.

Cheryl started at Tindall Corporation in 1990 as a controller before being promoted to Vice President and CFO and Senior Vice President of Administration. Her duties include oversight of accounting and finance, human resources, safety, trucking, and information technology. She serves on the Investment Committee of PCI.
Cheryl served as the 2017 Chair of the South Carolina Association of CPAs (SCACPA) and in 2008 received SCACPA’s Outstanding CPA in Business and Industry Award. Cheryl continues to be active in the SCACPA organization, serving on several committees and workgroups including Governmental Affairs.
Cheryl received a bachelor’s in accounting from East Tennessee State University and an MBA from Clemson University. In 2007, Cheryl was inducted into the ETSU College of Business and Technology Alumni Hall of Fame for having demonstrated outstanding contributions to their communities, professions, and the College. Her many outside service interests include membership in the Dean’s Advisory Committee at East Tennessee State and the ETSU Foundation.
Cheryl has also served on numerous boards and civic groups, including the Hope Center for Children, and is the current Treasurer of Women’s Giving for Spartanburg, an organization that makes grants to non-profits in the community.

Rob joined the Tindall team in 2004 as an industrial engineer after earning his bachelor’s in industrial & systems engineering from Virginia Tech. Since that time, he has held positions of Production Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager and earned an M.B.A. from Clemson University before being named Vice President and General Manager of the Georgia Division.
In his current role as Senior Vice President of Operations of the Building Systems Group, Rob oversees the total profit and loss responsibility for the entire business unit, strategic business planning and implementation, development of business vision and culture, and the leadership development of all employees.
Rob has served on the PCI National board of directors and currently serves on the Georgia/Carolinas Regional PCI board.

Joel joined the Tindall team in 2002, serving as a project manager for prestressed concrete applications at Tindall’s Spartanburg, South Carolina facility. After serving as Senior Project Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Operations Manager, he was appointed as General Manager of the Utility Division in 2008.
In his current role as Senior Vice President of Operations of the Infrastructure Group, Joel leads a diverse team. From the new flagship plant, the Infrastructure Group delivers innovative precast concrete solutions for industries including heavy civil, petrochemical, power and energy, and utility products.
Joel holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Clemson University. He serves as the Chair-Elect of the National Precast Concrete Association and is highly involved in the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. He also serves on the board of the Employers Network of South Carolina.
