To deliver a high-capacity, stadium-style seating environment around an active water feature, the project required a structural system that could be installed quickly while aligning with an integrated steel framework.
Tindall provided precast concrete stadium risers designed to support seating for more than 1,000 guests. The design included mitered corners to form the bowl-shaped layout, an uncommon approach that required precise detailing, fabrication, and coordination.
Unlike more traditional applications, this project demanded close collaboration between precast and steel trades. Alignment, sequencing, and connection points were critical to maintaining schedule and achieving the desired geometry of the space.
Through careful coordination and efficient production, the team installed the system in just over two months. This speed allowed other trades to move in quickly and continue progress toward the venue’s completion.
The result is a durable, high-performance seating structure designed to support a unique entertainment experience while demonstrating how precast can integrate seamlessly with other building systems.
