In 2024, the Saraland City Board of Education set out to construct a storm-resilient facility designed to protect students and staff during severe weather events. Installation began on May 8, 2025, and was completed in just three weeks, allowing other trades to start sooner and keeping the project on track with strict K-12 timelines.
