Built within the heart of a vibrant, active urban campus, the Xavier University of Louisiana Parking Deck in Downtown New Orleans showcases the speed, efficiency, and architectural versatility of a total precast concrete solution. Spanning 312,000 square feet and providing 956 parking spaces, the structure was thoughtfully designed to meet both the functional demands and the architectural expectations of a historic university setting.

Situated amid ongoing campus activity and constrained by limited site access positioned adjacent to Interstate 10, the project required a construction approach that minimized disruption while maintaining schedule certainty and long-term performance.
