When Johnson Development Associates set out to build a new home for the Hub City Spartanburgers, they needed a stadium that could deliver big-league excitement with small-town charm — all on a fast-track schedule. To meet the aggressive timeline and ensure top-tier quality, the team turned to Tindall for a precast solution designed for speed and precision.

Tindall manufactured and delivered double and triple risers for the lower bowl and tub risers for upper seating, complete with integral drains cast into each riser. These components were engineered to bear on a combination of structural steel, CMU walls, and precast walls, ensuring seamless integration with the stadium’s design. With a light broom finish on walking surfaces and standard gray precast for durability, these elements were built to withstand heavy use while maintaining a clean, professional look.
Fifth Third Park features 3,500 fixed seats and capacity for up to 5,000 fans, creating a vibrant centerpiece for downtown Spartanburg’s revitalization.
