Tindall Corporation, a leading provider of precast, prestressed concrete solutions, recently promoted two members of its leadership team to new positions. Eric Holland will move into the role of Vice President of Human Resources, and Abby Henderson will now serve as Senior Director of Employee Benefits and Engagement.

Holland previously served in human resources positions with companies like JTEKT, Timken and Spartanburg Water before joining Tindall in 2022. He was also a Naval Officer serving eight years, including leadership roles during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In his new role, he will take the lead in determining the vision, direction, policies and procedures to best serve the company’s employees, owners, customers and communities. Holland graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and earned a master’s degree in industrial technology from Purdue University. He is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP).
Henderson also has an extensive background in human resources. Before joining Tindall in 2017, she was employed by Exide Technologies and oversaw functions at the routine and strategic levels, including recruiting, employee development, engagement and retention. In her new role, she will be responsible for setting the vision and focus for employee engagement, administering benefits programs and onsite clinics, ensuring onboarding is meaningful and consistent and improving internal communication means and methods. Henderson graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management. She is a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) and a certified professional development coach.
