SPARTANBURG, S.C. – July 21, 2026 – Tindall Corporation, one of the largest providers of precast concrete solutions, has completed its acquisition of Atlanta Structural Concrete (ASC), now operating as ASC, A Tindall Company.
The addition of ASC, a PCI‑certified producer with nearly 100 employees, expands Tindall’s precast and prestressed capabilities and strengthens its ability to serve customers across the Southeast. ASC is recognized as a full-service specialty contractor, offering preconstruction design, engineering, manufacturing, project management, and installation.
