When creating the accompanying parking deck to an elegant apartment tower like SkyHouse Dallas, every detail matters. To achieve a seamless connection between the two structures, Tindall payed close attention to the aesthetics of the exterior. The beige or buff colored concrete was sandblasted to different depths to achieve a checkerboard pattern, providing contrast and flow. This 124,000-square-foot structure was completed within a tight schedule.
